Who We Are What’s your home worth search homes for sale

Bordered by San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch is a small, master-planned community in South Orange County that is about 4,000 acres large. The Ladera Ranch community is divided up into nine different communities: Oak Knoll Village, Township, Bridgepark, Flintridge Village, Echo Park Village, Wycliff Village, Terramore Village, Avendale Village, and Covenant Hills. Within these nine villages there are also separate neighborhoods.

Although the Covenant Hills village is the only one that is gated, there are also clubhouses within five of the villages. Residents of each village have access to these clubhouses and the amenities they offer. Along with the scattered clubhouses, the Ladera Ranch community also offers a water park and skate park for residents to use! Kids love taking advantage of the fun water park during the Summer season! In addition, there are also six community pools throughout the villages, and over 15 parks where kids can play after school or families can have picnics on the weekends! The community also has a variety of hiking trails and biking trails, some of which even lead straight to the beach!

Ladera Ranch has two different shopping centers where residents and locals have easy access to groceries, drug stores and shops. The Mercantile East and Mercantile West shopping centers are located on either borders of Ladera Ranch, and they each have great restaurants and workout studios!

Families love Ladera Ranch because it is safe, secure and is completely family-friendly. The cul-de-sacs offer a neighborly feel, and the multiple community amenities make it easy to meet everyone! Families are also a fan of the Capistrano Unified School District that Ladera Ranch is apart of. The school district serves over 54,000 students and is one of the largest in Orange County!

Ladera Ranch is in a great location because it is so close to some great areas like San Juan Capistrano and Mission Viejo! These cities are more populated and built-up, so for whatever residents cannot find locally within the community, they can take a short 10 minute drive to one of the neighboring cities.
