They are responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. They work closely with the entire team to ensure that everyone is well-educated on best practices. In addition to keeping our internal files up to date and our Senior Sales Partners on track, they are deeply trusted by our clients to keep the lines of communication open. Our Senior Sales Partners rely heavily on our executive assistants to handle the back-end, so that they can focus on what they do best - strategize and negotiate.

PRODUCTION PARTNER

Production Partners on The Reed Team have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of The Reed Team system while working directly with the team’s clients. Once our Senior Sales Partners’ have mastered the process and need some help managing the workload, they turn to Production Partners to attend showings on their behalf. In exchange, Production Partners learn from the best in the business and gain hands-on experience.

The Transaction Manager is highly organized and can maintain a quick pace in a dynamic work environment, all while clearly keeping the team members and clients up to date.
