Having grown up in San Clemente, and currently residing in Laguna Niguel, Nick is a coastal community expert. While continuing to work with property valuation for investors, his real niche is working with buyers, sellers and investors.  He is very passionate about real estate and works diligently from start to finish to ensure his clients have the highest caliber representation through every transaction from start to finish.  He prides himself on his professionalism and ability to ensure all of his clients enjoy the process.


Graduating with a history degree on a full athletic/academic scholarship in 2009 and beginning her real estate education, Dunya moved overseas with a passion for this business. Upon her full-time return in 2012, she has since dedicated herself to ensuring each of her clients feels comfortable, secure and educated in every part of the transaction. Zac Cusac moved to Irvine, CA after marrying his college sweetheart in early 2016. He studied Finance and Communication at California State University, Long Beach and proceeded to work in sales and marketing focusing on digital strategy and lead generation in both a large corporate setting and at a business incubator. During his time at the business incubator, Zac saw firsthand how difficult it was for small and medium sized business owners to wrap their head around internet marketing strategies. These issues coupled with the itch he was getting working in an entrepreneurial environment led him to form Cuselleration Digital Marketing in 2013. Since forming Cuselleration, he has a client list that includes Tustin Unified School District, Docstoc, CEOs of major companies like WD-40 and Harcourts International. In his personal time, Zac is a big time Atlanta Braves & Falcons fan and golf enthusiast. When he is not spending time with family or cheering on his favorite sports team,  you can find Zac volunteering for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.


Greg specializes in the technology and online marketing arenas, helping to ensure systems are running smoothly and implementing solutions that benefit the team and clients. In addition to several other tech positions, he has experience working at a major digital agency in Orange County for over 10 years where he was the director of technology and web development. Greg has earned multiple programming and I.T. certifications and has experience in SEO, Google AdWords, and Facebook marketing. He has done work for clients ranging from small businesses to large organizations such as Black and Decker, Cisco / Linksys, Coca Cola, IMAX, Toyota, University of California, Whole Foods, and World Vision, and he enjoys being part of a team where there is strong commitment to doing things right.


Ryan Grant has been working in the mortgage industry for 13 years and is ranked amongst the top 50 Mortgage Consultants in America.  During his 13 years in the industry, Ryan has owned his own mortgage company, he was Director of Retail Sales for a Mortgage Bank, he has been a Branch Manager and a Sales Manager as well as a Mortgage Consultant.  His experience in these different positions has given him an invaluable insight into the mortgage industry and taught him how to provide the best possible service to his clients.
