With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, her career started as a Loan Processor where she first developed a love for the industry, and a true understanding of the real estate world. She obtained her license in 2009 and began selling real estate in San Clemente. Nicole’s successful professional path includes working with some top real estate producers in the Orange County market. Her admirable personality and true knowledge of this field have given her an opportunity to excel in different areas within the real estate industry. Zac Cusac moved to Irvine, CA after marrying his college sweetheart in early 2016. He studied Finance and Communication at California State University, Long Beach and proceeded to work in sales and marketing focusing on digital strategy and lead generation in both a large corporate setting and at a business incubator. During his time at the business incubator, Zac saw firsthand how difficult it was for small and medium sized business owners to wrap their head around internet marketing strategies. These issues coupled with the itch he was getting working in an entrepreneurial environment led him to form Cuselleration Digital Marketing in 2013. Since forming Cuselleration, he has a client list that includes Tustin Unified School District, Docstoc, CEOs of major companies like WD-40 and Harcourts International. In his personal time, Zac is a big time Atlanta Braves & Falcons fan and golf enthusiast.
